Phil Klei graduated from ASU with a BS degree in Finance and Real Estate in 1986 and went directly into new home sales where he sold over 1000 homes with a dollar value of over 95 million dollars. He was promoted into management and became Vice President of different builders, like Richmond American Homes, Canterra Homes, and Homelife/ Atreus Homes with production volumes of over 5,000 new homes until late 2008, at which time Phil and a couple of partners opened ITSA Contracting LLC. With the markets vast improvements Phil saw it was time to go back to the home building industry and he opened Prospector Homes LLC in Gilbert. Phil brings vast knowledge of the construction industry to Prospector Homes LLC with his 25 years of experience. Phil's dedication to bringing the bathroom remodeling and kitchen remodeling projects in on budget and time is what makes Prospector Homes LLC, now a family owned remodeling company, so unique and buyers so happy.

Greg grew up in Gilbert Arizona and proceeded on and graduated from Arizona State University from the WP Carey School of Business  in 2014. After a few years at Hensley Beverage Company in the Sales and Marketing Departments  decided he wanted to be part of the family owned remodeling company. Since then he has been running the bathroom remodeling and kitchen remodeling projects and sales for over 5 years. He has overseen over 500 projects  and his great attitude and winning smile keeps your project on time and in budget.
